The University of Dar es Salaam invites applications from suitably qualified Tanzanians
to be considered for immediate employment to fill the following vacant posts:
1. (a) Job Title: Senior Assistant Procurement and Supplies Officer II
(2 posts)
(b) Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should possess the following academic and professional
qualifications:
• Holder of Bachelor Degree/Advanced Diploma in Procurement and
Logistics /Materials Management or CPSP.
• Must be registered by PSPTB.
• He/ She must be computer literate.
Main Duties:
• Coordinate procurement and materials management
matters at Colleges / Schools/Institutes/Directorate level.
• Prepare procurement plan for
Colleges/Schools/Institutes/Directorate level.
• Coordinate all procurement activities at
College/School/Institute/ Directorate and liaise with PMU.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by his/her senior.
TERMS OF SERVICE
Permanent and pensionable.
REMUNERATION
Attractive package will be offered to the right candidate commensurate with
his/her qualifications and experience.
